Dawn- you’re up for the quick training. Okay.

Alrighty. So I like to do as little work as possible when it comes to these kinds of things. And so when I can have one training, one document, one, something that can work on the caregiver side of my business and also the sales side of my business, then that’s what I’m gonna do. And so this kind of morphed into that definitely wasn’t the plan.

So we know that when you bring your caregivers into the office and you’re training them, sometimes they go out into the home and say, nobody ever told me this. I didn’t know this, that I was supposed to do this. I had no idea, very frustrating. We don’t have a lot of time to train them and we can’t train them in all of these areas. Alzheimer’s hospice C O P D. We can, are they gonna remember all of it? No, they’re probably not.

So I started thinking, how wonderful would it be if I had an Alzheimer’s client come in, if I was able to send my caregiver something about Alzheimer’s right now in the moment, or they could log in and grab that information and read through it right before going to the client’s home. I know that all of us do our very best to go over the client with the caregiver before they go out into the home.

Right. But you can’t get into the detail of Alzheimer’s or the detail of C O P D or the detail of hip replacement surgery. Every single time with every client. We know sometimes you really, oh, you’ll take the job. Okay. And you just almost send them out there because somebody knows showed them. It’s quick, quick, quick. So I thought, how can we be sure they know what they’re doing out there and for it to be fast. And so I came.
